NetMeter is a customizable bandwidth monitor, that runs in the system tray and displays a detailed statistics graph when clicked. It can automatically detect your potential connection speed and adjust the graph for it, or you can customize it with your own values. The tray icon also indicates fast/slow connection via color change. Also provided are total statistics for upload and download as well as peek values, since the last time you started the program.
